Welcome to Barton Creek Labradors!

My husband, Karl, and I share a love and passion for this breed. This breed is competitive in conformation and hunting. Our primary goal is to produce the English style Labrador with correct conformation, soundness, calm temperament, natural retrieving ability and free from genetic problems using the AKC Labrador Standard as a blueprint. All of our labradors have OFA EIC, PRA, HNPK and Dilute clearances. Plus yearly eye exams.


We are small, facilitating one or two litters a year. The puppies are members of our family until they become part of your family. As a result, our puppies are well socialized and better prepared for training. Our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club and all puppies are sold on Limited Registration. Our Labradors are family pets, hunting companions and performance and conformation competitors.


We believe a Labrador should have titles at both ends of their names. With each litter, we are hoping to keep one or two puppies that will be good enough to go onto the show ring as well as run in hunting retriever tests. Each puppy will have their first shots and be examined by our veterinarian and micro-chipped before leaving our home.
